He's a fancy flamboyant gayass, of course I'm going crazy with the design. He has a long coat with a long collar. He shares the same blouse as Jupiter, the only difference is that he has ruffled sleeves. He wears a jabot because he's fancy with it. He has flared pants with three rows of buttons and also he wears with stocking underneath. He also, god knows how, ALWAYS wears heels. Important! Under his gloves he wears his wedding ring because he is married to Jupiter.
